Tamang Heritage Trek is an exciting trek into the Himalayas that offers travelers a peek into the every-day lives of the Tamang people who are Nepalese mountain dwellers of the Langtang region. The 14-day trip begins in Kathmandu with visits to UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Next, we drive to Syabrubesi and begin trekking into the mountaneous region. Throughout our journey we will be rewarded with outstanding views of the Himalayas and get acquainted with the culture and traditions of the Tamangs who live in close vicinity to the mighty Langtang.
Tamang Heritage Trail Trek
Day 01: On your Arrival, Nepal Fair Step Trek’s represent will wel- come to you with Garland/ Khata and transfer to Hotel.
Day 02: City Sightseeing in Kathmandu (Kathmandu Darbarsqure; historical place and visit to living Goddess Kumari, Pasupatinath and Baudhhanath; famous world heritages sites Hindu temple and Buddha Stupa)
Day 03: Drive to Syabrubesi (1550m): 145 km/ 678 h, (B, L, D)
Day 04: Trek Syabru Bensi – Gatlang (2250m). Walking time : 5 h,↑700m,↓100m ,(B, L, D)
Day 05: Trek Gatlang – Tatopani (2607m). Walking time : 6-7 h ↑917m,↓550m,(B, L, D)
Day 06: Trek Tatopani- Nagthali(3400m)- Thuman (2,400m). Walking time : 6 h,↑900m,↓1030m (B, L, D)
Day 07:Trek Thuman – Briddim (2,345m) Walking time : 6 h ,↑,↓(B, L, D)

Day 08: Trek Briddim – Lama Hotel (2470m): 6h (B, L, D)
Day 09:Trek Lama Hotel -Syabeu Besi . Walking time:6 h, ↓1200m, ↑200m,(B, L, D)
Day 10: Drive to Kathmandu . 145 km/ 678 h, (B, L)
Day 11: leisure (if would like to shorter the trek you may depart this day) day in Kathmandu.
Day 12: Transfer to international airport for the departure to home country.
