Day 01: On your Arrival, Nepal Fair Step Trek’s represent will welcome to you with Garland/ Khata and transfer to Hotel.
Day 02: City Sightseeing in Kathmandu (Kathmandu Darbar square; historical place and the visit to living Goddess Kumari, Pashupatinath and Boudhanath; famous world heritages sites Hindu temple and Buddha Stupa) 🙁 B)
Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2800m) –Trek to Phakding (2610m). Walking time: 3h, ↑100m, ↓250m, (BLD)
Day 04:Trek Phakding – Manjo(2800m)-Namche(3440m).walking time: 6h, ↑950m,↓100m,(BLD)
Day 05: Hike to Khumjung (3780m) –Namche.Walking time: 5h, ↑ 350m, ↓350m, (B, L, D)
Day 06: Trek Namche -Thame(3800m).Walking time: 5h,↑600m,↓250m, (B, L, D)
Day 07: Trek Thame- Lungden (4368m).Walking time:4-5h,↑560m,↓60. (B, L, D)
Day 08: Trek Lungden –Renjo La (5360m)-Gokyo (4790m).walking time: 6-7h, ↑1010, ↓590. (B, L, D)
Day 09: Explore a day in Gokyo (Day hike way to the fifth lake) . (B, L, D)
Day 10: Trek Gokyo –Gokyo Ri (5360m) – Dragnag(4690 m). Walking time:7h,↑600m,↓670m, (B, L, D)
Day 11: Trek Dragnag- Cho La (5420 m) – Dzonglha (4850 m). Walking time:7h,↑730m,↓600m, (B, L, D)
Day 12: Trek Dzonglha- Gorak Shep(5140m). Walking time: 6h,↑510m, ↓200m, (B, L, D)
Day 13: Hike Kala Pattar – Gorak Shep. Walking time: 3h,450m,↓450m, (B, L, D)
Day 14: Trek Gorak Shep- Everest Base Camp(5364m) – Lobuche (4910m).Walking time: 7-8h, ↑ 250m, ↓490 m, (B, L, D)
Day 15: Trek Lobuche – Kongma La (5535m) – Chhukung (4730m).Walking time: 6 – 7 h, ↑825,↓965. (B,L,D)
Day 16: Trek Chhukung – Dibuche (3710 m)Walking time: 5 – 6 h,↑1020m,↓100m. (B,L,D)
Day 17: Trek Deboche- Tengboche (3860m) – Namche.Walking time: 5h ↑400m, ↓720m, (B, L, D)
Day 18: Trek Namche- Lukla. Walking time: 7-8h, ↑250m, ↓1050m, (B, L, D)
Day 19: Fly to Kathmandu Transfer to the hotel (B)
Day 20: Leisure (if would like to shorten the trek you may depart this day) day in Kathmandu.
Day 21: Transfer to international air airport
To be able to submit a cost estimate, we need to know the number of persons in your group, the required hotel category, the favoured mode of transportation (by flight, by local or private transport) and any alternations to your itinerary.
The costs include:
- Airport pickup and drop (domestic and international)
- Hotels: (4/2) star standard hotel including breakfast (according to program in Kathmandu& other places)
- Welcome and farewell dinner
- Sightseeing in Kathmandu (Durbar square, Boudhanath, Pashupatinath)
- Camping/ Lodge Trek’s cost according to program
- Full board during the trek (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
- Government-licensed guide (English speaking or other foreign language speaking on the request)
- Required numbers of porters (1 porter for 2 guests; 12 kg per guest in Tea house trek)
- Sightseeing entry fees /national park/conservation / restricted area permit fees (monasteries, temples, Stupa entrance fees but not the donation.)
- TIMS (Trekker’s Information Management System) permits or peak climbing permit fees (according to your program)
- Climbing Guide/ Sherpa’s climbing charge
- Group First Aid Kits (We recommend to bring your personal first aid kit as well.)
- Trekking equipment; like tents, kitchen -tents and other equipment
- Trekking bag for each guest.
- Staff insurance
- All government taxes and documentation charges
The costs do NOT include:
- International airfare from and to your country
- Nepal visa fee: USD $40 for 30 days
- Travel & Health Insurance – Emergency Helicopter Rescue Insurance (Most recommended)
- Any meals (lunch &dinner) in Kathmandu – $ 10 to 15 for per meal in a tourist restaurant (except welcome and farewell dinner)
- Any kinds of drinks (alcohol &non-alcoholic beverage) neither during the trek nor in Kathmandu
- Tips for staff (not mandatory but expected)
- Hot shower, recharging of batteries (available during the trek with extra cost or free on spot)
